Trint is a cloud-based SaaS productivity platform that automatically transcribes audio and video material. Its AI features include automatic transcription, as well as automated summaries. The AI is trained on diverse content, continually monitored to prevent bias, and never uses customer data for model training. These capabilities improve workflow efficiency and accuracy, and the platform also offers collaborative tools, real-time feedback, and translation in over 50 languages.

Will be used for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) models?

We do not train models on customer data, as we rely on publicly available datasets.

What data is used for features powered by AI at Trint?

Trint securely stores and processes data you provide us to enhance your workflow. While we use media content and metadata to support AI-powered transcription and other features, your data is not used to train or improve our AI models. What does "Active Session Responsibility" mean?

When using Live features or real-time transcription, you are responsible for managing active sessions. This includes starting and stopping recordings as required and reviewing the captured content to ensure it aligns with your intent. Failure to end a recording promptly may capture unintended conversations, which could lead to sensitive content being transcribed and shared. Trint is not liable for any issues arising from users' failure to manage session controls.
