Does Trint have a standard process for onboarding, monitoring, and reviewing the security posture of its suppliers (external parties such as hosting service provider, back-up service provider, etc.) ?

Trint operates a formal vendor security assessment process under which all tools are subject to a comprehensive security review prior to onboarding. Where a tool is classified as a sub-processor, this information is shared with Enterprise customers in advance of onboarding. Trint assigns dedicated service owners to each tool to ensure continuous monitoring and review throughout the tool’s lifecycle, in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 standards.

What is the location (country and city) of all the data-centres used as part of the cloud-based services provided to the client?

AWS EU or AWS US depending on the specific Trint tenant in use.

Are the data-centres fully owned and managed by the vendor, or leased from another IT service company?

Neither, they are a cloud service.
