Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Frequently asked questions around Trint's continuity and disaster recovery processes.

Is a business continuity and disaster recovery in place? If yes, please provide.

Yes, in line with Trint's ISO 27001:2022 certification, Trint has a robust business continuity plan in place.

Trint is a cloud-based company with the vast majority of business tools and services being delivered online as software-as-a-service (SaaS) products where risk continuity of service is minimised by establishing that suppliers have relevant and sufficient information security practices established, in particular related to availability of information.

The Trint platform itself is cloud-based and hosted across multiple data centre regions for performance, availability and redundancy. Trint reviewed all possible risks and have determined a Threat Billboard. Each threat has its own mitigation plan and there is an overarching escalation process. Testing of this plan will be done when appropriate. This process can be shared with Enterprise customers that have an NDA in place.

Do you have a documented security incident response plan?

Yes, Trint has an established and document information security incident response place.
