Trint goes beyond automated transcription to provide the world's most innovative and collaborative platform for searching, editing and getting the most out of your content. We are a SaaS business, using artificial intelligence and speech-to-text technology to automate transcribing, outputting the result in a user interface that recognises that automation typically only gets the job partly done. Our product consists of a web-based audio/video player and text editor, with the outputted automated transcription synced to the audio player’s playhead.

What happens to customer data at service termination?

Client data is erased upon closure of the account.

What are the different components (web server, application server, databases) to be installed on-premises?

Trint is a fully cloud-based solution with no on-premises components.
