What to do if your payment is higher than expected

Every Trint plan has been priced after-tax and all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or extra charges to your payments. If you think your payments are higher than they should be, please see the support below:
For Trint users outside the UK
If your bill from us is higher than you expected and you are using Trint outside of the UK, you could be receiving an international transaction fee added by your bank or card provider.
As a business based in the UK, Trint does not receive any of this sum. We recommend contacting your bank or card provider and asking about their international purchase policies.
