Is writing to removable storage devices (USBs/CDs/Tapes/external hard drives) restricted, and is encryption always enforced via technology when writing to these devices?

Use of removeable storage devices is prohibited by policy.

Please describe the information security and/or privacy trainings Vendor provides to its employees and other personnel who have access to personal information and proprietary/confidential information.

As part of the onboarding process, employees receive a face-to-face security briefing. Within their first four weeks of employment, they must complete digitally delivered baseline security and privacy training. All employees also must complete training annually and there are continous update and communications to the team on Trint's security expectations.

What background checks are required for employees?

Trint performs extensive background checks on all employees including right-to-work, criminal record and credit checks.

Is access to your facilities logged and audited?

Yes, access to our facilities is logged and audited with electronic systems to control access.
