Restrictions for ongoing Realtime deletion
To prevent users from accidentally deleting files during recording, users won’t be able to delete an ongoing and active Realtime.
Share your summary via email
It is now possible to include summaries in messages sent directly from the Trint app. When inviting collaborators, users can include a summarized version of the file to be sent with the email.

Better issue tracking for the iOS mobile app
We’ve ensured that live log files are uploaded even if the live engine fails to stop due to an error. This update helps us track and troubleshoot AudioWriter issues more effectively, ensuring smoother experiences for all iOS users.
Bugs 🐞
- Based on the feedback from our users, we’ve fixed an issue with sign-in errors for the iOS mobile app. We’ve fixed the library we are using to detect network connectivity so users won’t have login failures anymore.
- We’ve fixed an issue where the app would hang while uploading logs after a live session. The problem was caused by uploadLogFile running on the main thread. It’s now moved to the background queue, ensuring smoother performance for all iOS users.

Clicking "Reply to comment" in an email now takes you directly to the specific comment in the app, making it faster and easier for mobile users to respond without searching for it.
Automatic restart of upload on Android
Now, when the app is terminated on Android, uploads will seamlessly restart. This ensures users’ files continue uploading without any extra effort.

Better video player styling
We’ve updated the video player styling to prevent it from overlapping with the transcript on smaller screens. This tweak enhances usability for all web editor users working with video files, ensuring a cleaner and more enjoyable experience.
Improved sign-in reliability on mobile
We’ve added extra safeguards to the sign-in UI to prevent multiple simultaneous sign-in attempts. This ensures smoother, more reliable account setup by blocking unintended UI updates during the sign-in process.
Smoother comments menu experience
We’ve enhanced the user experience for opening and closing the Comments quick actions menu on mobile. The improved visual continuity makes actions like resolving or deleting comments feel more fluid and intuitive for all users.
Bugs 🐞
- We’ve resolved an issue where bookmarks during live sessions on Android were being marked at incorrect timestamps. Now, bookmarks accurately reflect the timeline of the session.

Customisable summaries
Trint users can now generate summaries for all transcripts, no matter the duration. Plus, you can customize the length and format of the summaries, giving users more control over the final result.
Bugs 🐞
- We’ve resolved an issue where moving a file in the file browser would cause the list of files and folders to duplicate. This was caused by simultaneous page fetch and refresh actions. The list now displays correctly for all mobile app users.
