New ✨
Faster search in Story Builder
Users can now see the highlighted text as a result of a search instead of showing only a relevant file. Simply click on a highlighted quote to jump into the transcript preview.
Improved 👩💻
Video player for mobile app
When reviewing transcripts on Trint’s mobile app, the video player animation now interacts with other elements of the app smoothly. Users can now work with the file without video moving around the screen.
Smoother file rename process in the mobile app
Trint’s mobile app now shows if there was an error with file rename and what the reason for the failure was.
Automated notification about limits on an account
Now users can notify the owner of the account about approaching their transcription limit by automatically sending them an email from the account. Simply click the “contact owner” button and Trint will notify them for you.
Change the number of seats while changing the plan
Users can now increase or decrease their seat number accordingly while making changes to their plan.

- We’ve received feedback from our users about payment cards not updating on the billing page. This issue is now fixed and all the details are synchronized.

Online recording will resume automatically after interruption
Our users faced a problem when recording on the mobile app was paused after an interruption caused by timers, alarms or calls. We’ve changed this so now recording will not be paused and will be automatically resumed after the interruption ends.

- After receiving feedback from our users, we’ve increased the speed of skip and backwards action for Trint mobile app playback.

Change seats on the account page
Users can now make changes to their seat numbers straight from the account page. This will help users manage seats and get easier access to the account settings.
Search panel upgrade
Our engineers are working hard on offering our users an easy and fast tool to work with transcriptions. We’ve updated the content search possibilities within the search panel for both web and mobile apps.
It’s now possible to find content in any file faster by refining your search. Filter out a search by shared drive, creator or when was it edited last time to find anything you need in seconds.
