Trint’s AI Assistant is now available in Beta

Our Enterprise and Advanced plan users can now use Trint’s AI Assistant to review, refine, and extract key insights from their transcriptions. Choose one of the available options or ask Trint a question to start the assistant. Try it now - open the transcript and see the AI in action.

  • Fixed a bug where timecodes in Realtime Trints appeared as relative (starting from 00:00:00) when the Adjust Timecode toggle was off. They now correctly display as Time-Of-Day, aligning with the footer and exported content.

Web and mobile app users can now rate and give feedback on AI Assistant responses directly in the app. This allows the team to gather insights and continue improving the AI experience for everyone.

Smoother transcript editing on mobile

We’ve made behind-the-scenes performance improvements to the mobile transcript editor, so it is faster and more responsive. These changes fix issues where users couldn’t interact with certain UI elements or navigate properly, making for a smoother editing experience on mobile.

Sign up now available on mobile

You can now sign up for Trint directly from the mobile app - no need to head to the website first. This update, complete with reCAPTCHA v3 for security, makes it easier for new users to get started right from their phones.

Clearer checkout experience

We’ve refreshed the checkout UI to make things more intuitive and consistent for everyone using the web app. You’ll notice a cleaner layout, simplified messaging, and better accessibility across the board. Key changes include clearer pricing sections, improved terminology (like “Unused plan credit”), and a more intuitive placement for the coupon box. 


Improved mobile feedback 

We’ve introduced a new feedback system in the mobile app which gives users same experience from the web app. The new setup is not only more secure, but it also automatically groups related issues for faster resolution.
