Better visibility of account status via mobile (beta)
Regardless of your account status, the mobile app now properly welcomes you back and redirects you to manage your account as needed.
Improved error logs and messages (mobile beta)
When an error is encountered using the mobile app a reference number will be displayed to all users. This will allow the Trint team to go through error logs and resolve issues that much faster. Likewise, better error messages now display when something goes wrong.
Improved file management (mobile beta)
We’ve improved our import file management mechanism, reducing the load on our servers and providing better organization for mobile app users.
Recording permission request (mobile beta)
When starting a recording, we now present the correct permission request for all users.
Organized file list (mobile beta)
Only file of transcript type will show on the mobile beta app, as to avoid confusion, reduce overload, and prevent empty screens when trying to load a file type that isn’t supported on mobile at this time.
UI improvements (mobile beta)
Small UI improvements on mobile to ensure things are looking as snazzy.

Improved sync between web app and mobile app (beta)
Better synchronization between web app and mobile app, ensuring that if a user is logged in on multiple devices, that information is kept up to date seamlessly without having to refresh the app in the background. This conserves battery life, refreshing only when there is an update to poll from the server.

Trint has gone international! As we expand our support for more languages, our website and app are now fully available in both German and French.

Better scrolling behaviour on mobile
We’ve updated our mobile beta app to display better scrolling behaviour, creating an overall better user experience.
Clearer sharing experience
When sharing via Trint, it is now easier to identify the current user (you), making it easier to identify collaborators in a list. We’ve also made sure that emails are saved after selection, so when navigating between tabs, you don’t miss previously selected users from the drop down list. It’s a breeze!
