Do you only use certified third-party providers to host your systems?

Yes. All of Trints suppliers are subject to a Vendor Security Assessment process per the ISO27001:2022 ISMS policies. Vendors are required to meet or exceed Trint's own security standards for the type of data processed.

Can any third party access customer data, and if so, how?

In one case only - UploadCare are used for file transfer services. Media may pass via UploadCare if uploading media from a cloud storage provider, but when uploading directly from a browser the media is transferred directly to an AWS S3 bucket belonging to Trint.
