How to change your payment details and find your billing date

Trint payments will be taken either monthly or yearly depending on what type of plan you have. This guide will show you where to find your payment details and how to amend them.
This support guide will cover:
Your billing date
To find your exact billing date:
Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner with your initials
Select “Plan” from the dropdown list.
This page will show you the plan that you are on, your billing frequency, the date of your last payment and the date of your next payment.
Changing your payment card
To change the payment card linked to your account:
Click the initials icon at the top right
Select “Billing” from the dropdown list
From here you can add, remove and edit the credit or debit card you use to pay for your Trint plan.

If you are on a monthly plan, payment will be taken once a month.
If you are on a yearly plan, payment will be taken once a year.
You can find your billing date by following the steps below.
Click on the initial icon in the top right corner. You find this next to the bell icon for notifications.
Click on Plan
This will show you the plan you are on and billing frequency, the date of your last payment and the date of your next payment.
