What to do if you are receiving error messages when trying to log in

If you can’t login to your Trint account, the issue is most likely related to your username and password.

Your username will always be an email address and usually the one you used to sign up to Trint. Make sure all the letters are lowercase when entering it.

If you have forgotten your password it can easily be reset by following the steps in this support guide.
