Why didn’t my Trint export?

What to do if your Trint fails to export

Updated over a week ago

If you try to export a Trint and see an error message, your file may have become corrupt and need assistance from our team. This guide will help you get around exporting errors in Trint.

This support guide will cover:

Exporting individual files

If you get an error when exporting your Trint from within the file, try exporting from the My Drive view.

To do this:

  • Select the file

  • Click the “Export” button in the navigation bar

If that doesn’t work, try duplicating the file as this will make a clean copy of the Trint. Then try exporting the new file.

Exporting multiple files

If you have bulk export errors, please try exporting them as individual files. If that doesn’t work, please get in touch with us at support@trint.com and our team will look into your issue.

We hope you have found this article useful. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@trint.com and our team will be happy to help.
